Returns

Returns and refunds are not permitted unless it’s an error on the company’s behalf. Please ask questions about sizing if you’re unsure. Also, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of clothing are exempt from being returned such as white items, bodysuits and bathing suits with no exceptions. All sales are final.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for return shipping charges.


Please do not send your purchase back without prior consent.

Refunds 

All orders over $75 are subject to identification verification before being processed. Please ensure that your email and telephone number are correct to complete your transaction. 

 

There will be absolutely NO REFUNDS on any orders after processing. If tracking confirmation is confirmed delivered, we are no longer responsible for package. Please contact your local postal delivery company. All packages are insured.

Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately, sale items are FINAL SALE.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. All packages marked as “delivered” is no longer the responsibility of Roxy Renee. All packages are insured. A claim must be opened with the postal carrier.
